Benchmarking & Research

• Participates in, and performs, supply chain industry research, shipper, industry and governmental committees as well as promoting academic validation of best practice supply chain strategy and collaborative industry standards
• Performs and facilitates supply chain network benchmarking and collaboration among the ADMi client base, within relevant industry and with non-competing industry companies, in order to provide on-going research and development into supporting client needs for World class supply chain design and execution
• Provides high-value internal consulting engagements to the client base, reducing reliance on high-cost external consultants with limited operational or tactical knowledge of complex supply chains
