Operations Management

• Perform active network monitoring and management, including detailed network management, inventory monitoring, reporting and FIFO shipment tracking, and corrective action development and implementation, as well as daily/weekly/quarterly/annual performance reporting in distribution formats ranging from online to PDF
• Provide carrier performance measurement, ranking and corrective action plans, as well as identifying and developing competitive modal options and qualifying the overall carrier base for inclusion in client approved supplier lists
• Support non-standard transportation identification and corrective action planning, as well as ad-hoc inventory management requirements and special supply chain event management
