Organizational Strategy & Performance

• Provides comprehensive network design support by simulating volume and distribution impacts, modal performance comparisons, regional/national/global options analysis and seasonality/model year launch impacts, as well as providing online carrier RFQ and bid proposal management
• Performs discrete and collaborative network optimization models to satisfy any number of planning criteria, such as cost, transit time, carrier preference, and collaborative trade-offs, as well as short and long-term network re-design
• Monitors comprehensive network design support performance & perform short and long term asset requirement planning and load factor analysis.
